Orders and shipping

When will my order arrive?

You can find the estimated delivery of the item(s) on the product page. For existing orders, scroll to the "shipping" tab where delivery timeframes are provided in business days. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple packages and some items may arrive sooner.

Please note that delays may occur due to holidays and/or shipping carriers. If there will be a foreseeable delay, you will be notified via email. You may find additional information in our Shipping Policy

How can I track my order?

Free tracking is available with most items. Please check your email for tracking details.

Why did my order arrive in different packaging?

Select items are directly fulfilled by our curated brands and may arrive in their original branded packaging to ensure efficient delivery and quality. Every piece is intentionally chosen to embody the heart and mission of Infinity 360 and our commitment to Christian values.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the U.S. only.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order begins processing, it can no longer be canceled or changed. If you wish to return your item, please see our Refund Policy.

Payment and returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Diners Club, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Meta Pay. Additional payment methods are available at checkout. Balances cannot be split between multiple forms of payment. 

Can I return my item?

Our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days after your item has been delivered. If the return window has expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy to verify your refund or exchange eligibility.

Why does my product not look like the picture?

We do our best to maintain consistency in quality and design, but occasionally you may receive an item that appears slightly different than what is pictured on our website. Additionally, color variations may be due to differences in phone or computer screens and lighting. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have received, please view our Refund Policy

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

When your new tee or hoodie arrives, you may notice a faint vinegar-like scent or a light off-white residue. This is completely normal and part of the printing process.

Each piece is created using a direct-to-garment (DTG) method, where a gentle pre-treatment is applied to help the ink fully bond to the fabric. This ensures your design remains vibrant and lasting over time.

The scent and any slight residue are temporary and will disappear after the first wash, leaving you with a piece that’s soft, clean, and ready to wear.
