Refund policy


Our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days after your item has been delivered. If the return window has expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us. If your item is authorized for return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Return Shipping

We offer free shipping on your initial order; however, free return shipping is not available unless the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Otherwise, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling is determined by item type and will be processed in one of the following ways:

Standard Returns

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the prepaid return label.

Heavy or Specialty Items

Due to size or weight, certain items may require the customer to purchase their own return label or receive a carrier quote upon return approval.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), jewelry (due to its intimate nature), and personal goods (such as drinkware, hats, pet bowls, undergarments, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items that have been worn, items damaged due to wear and tear, final sale items, free gifts or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A full refund will be provided for the returned item, but free return shipping is not available.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please be aware that it can take some time for your refund to be posted, which varies for each financial institution and credit card company.
