Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options and cost savings, which is why we provide free standard shipping and expedited options on eligible items – see product pages for eligibility. For orders that include both eligible and non-eligible items, applicable shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. 

Expected Delivery Time

Prior to placing your order, you can view the estimated delivery dates of the item(s) on the product's page. Estimated delivery dates apply to standard shipping. All of our products are delivered within 1-3 weeks.

Select items are eligible for expedited shipping – the estimated delivery date will be calculated at checkout. If combined with non-eligible items, order will default to standard shipping. Separate orders may be placed if expedited shipping is desired.

If you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple packages and some items may arrive sooner.

Delays may occur due to holidays and/or shipping carriers. If there will be a foreseeable delay, you will be notified via email. 

Order Tracking

Most products will allow for order tracking which will provide a more accurate time of delivery. Tracking details will be provided via email. If you have placed an order and still have not received it after the estimated shipping time has expired, please contact the carrier.

In the event that inaccurate information is submitted at the time of the order, please immediately contact us to update your information. Please note that this will delay the processing and shipping time. Please also note that items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error are not the responsibility of Infinity 360 and we do reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, and exchanges in the event.
